Had a buyer feedback extorting me through messages and even threatened a return because I hadn't given feedback.
Called it it, they told me I was covered.
Buyer opened a return and left a neutral....has a nice long visible habit of it.
Two minutes later on the phone a CSR removes it.
Buyer also picked "changed mind" for the return so they pay $15 shipping two ways for a $5.50 refund. HA!

Most times Ebay CS is wonderful - there have been a few hiccups posted but we're all human and no company doesn't have the occasional mistake.

They are now on the radar. That's a good thing.
That was a costly change of mind for them. Maybe they will change their ways.

I am glad that eBay came through for you on this one. Also, it is nice that you took the time to post something positive about a call with a CSR.
