I remember when you can block 0 feedback buyers, why was this taken away, every time i get a bid from a zero fb buyer, and it's usually a person that opens an account the same day, they don't pay, then i have to open a case and wait til ebay takes their time to do what they do and then relist the item. Give sellers that option to block zero fb buyers!!!
I know folks have to start somewhere, however, after being burned numerous times, it's not gonna be with me. I'll simply cancel it.

I do not recall being able to block zero feedback buyers? But I would not have done it if I knew about it anyways.
Instead of blocking new buyers you might consider listing as fixed price (buy it now) with instant payment required. This will keep your item active until an actual payment is made against the listing. Buyers can put it in there shopping cart but until a payment is registered it will remain available to all buyers.
Also you might want to learn more about what happens to your selling account when you do cancellations?
Good Luck Selling!

You have never been able to block zero FB buyers. You can block buyers with a negative rating, which is a holdover from the days when buyers could get negs.
I've never had a zero FB non-payer. All my non-payers have had feedback in the hundreds and thousands. One was a seller.

I've been here since 1999 and you have never been able to block 0 feedback bidders.
You can limit the amount people can buy when they're a certain feedback level but that's it.
