thoughts on INKFROG OPEN

Hello All:

I've been an INKFROG CLASSIC customer for about ten years.   I like it very much although it some problems while listing items in bulk.  I did try INKFROG OPEN a few years back, but did not use it because I thought it was awful.  I found it difficult to use and not nearly as user friendly and convenient as INKFROG CLASSIC.  Since my negative experience with INKFROG OPEN was a few years back, I am wondering if anyone here has used OPEN recently and, if yes, if the service has improved.  I have about 10,000 listings in INKFROG CLASSIC.  If INKFROG CLASSIC ever goes away, I want to be sure I can use INKFROG OPEN easily.  SO...... does anyone have thoughts - reviews on INKFROG OPEN vs INKFROG CLASSIC?  thanks!
