scams and managed payments

Here's one for ya.

eBay was hacked and a scam listing for Iphone 11's was placed on my account. 2 hours later I noticed the fraudulent add and contacted eBay to let them know. They canceled the original listing, but part of the hack was a auto renewal after each sale. Ended up being around 35 sales that went through at $500 each. Instead of eBay cancelling all the orders and giving the customers money back to them, they made the customer wait until the item did not arrive in time and then open a case for an item that did not arrive. Then because of the dispute. They charge me $20 each time as a dispute fee.

I have contacted eBay who always tells me I need to contact managed payments. (what a joke of a payment plan)

We get the issues resolved, but that only lasts for a few days and then back to **bleep** off customers thinking I scammed them, and more dispute fees.

I've called eBay and managed payments at least 25 times over this and its been going on now for two months.

My advise. If a false add ever pops up on your page. Delete it. cancel all the orders yourself, refund any money, and then contact these people and let them know their platform was hacked.
