I've just been given defects on several cards I've sent through eBay standard envelope. This effects my Top Rated Status and ultimately the seller discount (not a great discount, but something). Looking at all my transactions, I see a lot of future issues as the scans are not being done properly by the USPS. I would say at least 30% of all sales have scanning issues with this envelope. As a related side note, maybe not all buyers are scammers, but I've has an up tick of INR's as some cards show no scans what so ever. Can anyone shed light on whether the USPS or eBay is going to fix the issue?
