Why does all of my saved information in a draft disappear when I go back into it ?

This is getting very frustrating.  We are using Ebay through a Chrome browser online using a desktop computers (Windows 10).  None of this should matter.

I will create a listing, fill out the various myriads of selections in the various drops downs of Item Specifics section which varies for the items I am listing along with the pricing.  I also complete the description section.

After all of this I will save as a draft so I can come back & add my images after creating the listings I want to later post.  Last night for example I created 15 listings.  My husband then took all of the photos, cleaned them up & when we went into each listing to add the images, all of my work was gone except for what was entered in the Description section.  Pricing changed, shipping dimensions weight & dimensions changes.

Most of the time when I do this, most if not all of the settings that I previously set in the Item Specifics section are gone.  Refreshing my browser does not change anything back.

Also the pricing I had previously set will be some other amount, not what I have saved along with the weight & package dimensions.

This is beyond frustrating & is a complete waste of time needing to double enter  / research most info on all of my listings.

Why does this keep happening?  I have seen many different questions about this, never really found a good root cause other than Ebay sucks or things along those lines.  How do I get Ebay support to actually look into why this keeps happening?
