Just curious, not that ebay would pay attention to popular opinion.
If you haven't noticed, ebay has gotten rid of unpaid items/strikes. This means when a buyer doesn't pay, there is no consequences whatsoever. If I'm not mistaken, you probably cannot even block buyers based on the number of unpaid item strikes any longer.
Additionally, you now have to wait at a minimum four days before you can do anything at all about unpaid items and even then your only option is to cancel.
eBay moved the Strike request to the Cancellation menu in the Resolution Center.
You can send the buyer an invoice to remind them to pay. In My eBay click Sold items and select the item. Select More actions. Choose Send invoice.
If the buyer doesn't pay by 4 days after you've sent the invoice, go to the Resolution Center and click the seller option, I need to cancel a transaction. Click the Continue button then select the Buyer hasn't paid option in the drop down menu. A UPI Strike is recorded on the deadbeat buyer's account and the transaction is cancelled.
