I just got a request for a return of a small item. The only comment the buyer has made is "changed mind" And "too late". I shipped the item right after the sale was complete, via First Class Mail as requested. The buyer has started a return process even though my site says I do not accept returns. Its not an expensive item, and I have messaged the buyer to ask for more details. The item now says in transit, even though I have not accepted the return nor done anything about a refund. The other issue is this: The return address showing up on ebay is a very old one, that I have not used in years, AND had deleted from my account long ago. Any suggestions?
