I am an eBay seller. For much of 2020 and now 2021 my Post Office has not been updating my package tracking numbers. Most of my packages never receive an Acceptance Scan or Departure Scan. Most of them eventually pop up in another state's Post Office days or even weeks later. I recently sent a complaint to the USPS.gov. I used an email address I found for the Post Office. Anyone having this problem can send a complaint to fast@usps.gov
Maybe if USPS gets enough complaints about this problem they do something to fix it.
