PSA and a question.

I am dealing with this right now. I cant find anything in any of the help pages the new ebay management user agreement. I never had this issue with paypal. I sold a xbox to a lady for $700. Used fed ex as the shipper with signature confirmation. She works 8-5 and could not be home for delivery.  She went to the fed ex office to pick it up and they would not give it to her and told her it was because seller restrictions. I told her I did not put any restrictions on it. So I called fed ex and fed ex told me it was a ebay restriction and only ebay could lift the restriction so she could pick it up at the fed ex office. Why would it matter if it was delivered to her address or if she picked it up at the fed ex office. The lady had been a real joy over the whole situation. She wanted and immediate refund and I refused. I told her to open a did not receive dispute with ebay and as soon as the tracking shows it is on its way back to me I would refund it. The dispute has 2 functions, one I can get my fees back and 2nd it gives her protection. Instead she opened a credit card dispute (which I am sure will cost me more money). She is complaining that I put signature confirmation on it and was alright with it sitting on her porch for the day because she lives in a good neighborhood.  REALLY!!!!!! Thanks for any help anyone can give me.
