New item specifics

Ebay recently sent an email that certain categories need new item specifics.

Records sports cards need numerous specifics and while i am trying to edit in bulk it doesnt allow me to do so because you still have to go in and add records name titles and what type it is if we are listing in records and music that is automatically a record why cant i edit in bulk and is there another solution to make this easier ? Very annoying having to edit over 5,000 items again especially after a few months ago ebay asked the same thing to add item specifics wth i need to list more items to make more money not edit the thousand of items i have already edited in the past few months any suggestions
