New eBay Payment Management ... So how does it work for occasional non-business sellers?

So I'm getting reminders from automated eBay emails that eBay will start managing payments received from buyers to the sellers.

I had started selling on eBay several years ago, but I've always considered my selling on eBay something like an occasional Penny-saver or Craigslist ad, or even a small garage sale at best.

My question is how someone who sells occasionally on eBay, correctly register (right word?) themselves on eBay. In other words, how would I be selling on eBay without being classified as a business, but rather selling single personal items per transaction.
