I haven't listed anything in awhile and have decided to start up again.  However,  after reading about all the scams, especially the "item not as described" scam,  I am reluctant to sell here.    My question:  Is the valet system still functional?  If it is,  and I choose to list items that way,  if there is a "item not as described" scam on the auction,  will the claim go against the valet seller,  or the person that sent the valet the item be the one that loses out?
