How to make my eBay.com listing visible on Ruten in Taiwan?

I live in Taiwan. I read English. Ruten is eBay's partner in Taiwan, but everything is in Chinese, so I can't use their system to list my products on it.
However, when I look up a product on Ruten, like type in a model number, USA eBay products appear in the search results.
How to make this happen? Or is what appears restricted to product type? Shipping type?
I posted a refrigerator on eBay.com, for which the item location field is Taiwan, but when I search Ruten it doesn't appear. For that matter, no other country's does either in the refrigerator category.
Anyone know any way to get it to appear?
