I always looked forward to final value selling promotions, but I think the only one since the beginning of the pandemic was a 50% off in June. I used to think that it was just companies being economical during these trying times, but now I think the opposite is true. Like Amazon and other big corporations, I wouldn't be surprised if ebay is making a killing these days. Couple that with the new payout system that seems like RNG with how much it will deduct to the point where it doesn't seem like the math adds up when I look at the transaction list, and the whole thing just feels less seller-friendly. Kinda like adding mandatory sales tax on ebay in my state a year or so ago has also been detrimental to my buyer experience also. You learn to not take taxless purchases for granted. I'm not sure if I'm the only one who feels this way, though.
