Cancellations. Are buyers having a problem with the shopping cart?

I'm a relatively small seller but I have been selling for a pretty long time with very few cancellations. This week I have had 2 requests for cancelling an order. The first said the problem was with her shopping cart and she tried to click on watch but somehow ended up on buy. Of course, I cancelled, no problem. The second cancel request was within a few days (Jan 5/21). Payment had already been sent and buyer said he wanted a refund because "Christmas is over" (?) explanation not necessary, but, ok. I cancelled and refunded, no questions asked. Neither item had been shipped yet so it was not really a problem.
My question is: Has there been problems with the shopping cart defaulting to 'buy/pay' instead of watch? I don't even use the cart myself so I'm not familiar with the layout. It just seems odd to have 2 cancellations so close together. Anyone else seeing this trend? Thanks
