Hi, I have my shopify store connected to my ebay. I have had to refund a customer for an item they bought (due to damaged stock) and I did this though shopify.
Everything seems to have gone through fine and I've had no problems with the customer, but the sale is still showing on here and I'm being notified that I need to dispatch.
I have no idea what to do to get rid of this.
I wont be connecting these store in future because its caused nothing but problems, but if anyone has any advice or can point me in the right direction i would really appreciate it

The normal process is to cancel the sale due to "out of stock". That would have processed the refund automatically. It appears you may have started from the opposite direction, so I'm not sure that eBay has gotten a record of the refund. If you cancel now, and eBay refunds again, you'll have to contact customer service. If you see the item marked as "paid" on your selling page, see if you can mark the item as unpaid. Then cancel.
