file exchange error

trying to upload a file to file exchange and get a failed response.  the error it gives me is.

what do I need to do to fix this.  It was working before the file exchange make over.  thank you.  Dan

The uploader has been moved to Seller Hub. Are you uploading there?

When you upload to the Hub, there could  be a red "failure" indicated on the status dialog because of an invalid file format, extra columns, misaligned columns, bad headers or other file structure errors.

Otherwise, your upload job will appear on the same page, and I have found that clicking the status dialog afterwards just gives me an error. Instead, if the file upload completes, with either success or with issues, you can find the response file if you scroll all the way over to the right of your job and download from there.

Do you receive that message when uploading, or when the file is being processed?

I am aware of one error on the upload screen when clicking the bottom left option to open a response report. That module has been erroring since the beginning and tends to hang up the screen. I no longer click that option, and, instead, open the link to the right of the file history.
