eBay Seller Hub upload problem - only 1 listing being created from CSV with 90 rows

I'm trying to upload a CSV (using the template I downloaded from https://www.ebay.com/sh/reports/uploads) with 90 lines, but no matter what I do, only the first data row gets created into a listing. I can remove the first data row from the CSV and reupload, and it creates a single listing from the first data row again.

The listings appear correctly in my Seller Hub Listings page, so I know the data is formatted correctly. The fact that I can delete the first row from the CSV and re-upload also suggests the data of the subsequent rows is also formatted correctly.

I tried reducing the number of rows to 15 to see if it was the number of rows that was the problem, but the same thing happened: only the first row got its listing created.

The results file from the upload only shows a warning about fund from sales being delayed, with no errors:

"WarningCode WarningMessage
21917236 Warning - Funds from your sales may be unavailable and show as on hold for a period of time. Learn more:https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold/pending-payments?id=481...Funds from your sales may be unavailable and show as on hold for a period of time.|Funds from your sales may be unavailable and show as on hold for a period of time. If it matters, I'm trying to list into eBay Motors > Parts & Accessories > Car & Truck Parts & Accessories > Steering & Suspension > Shocks, Struts & Assemblies. This is category ID 33590.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Or at least, commiseration if you've encountered the same problem.

eBay Seller Hub upload problem - only 1 listing being created from CSV with 90 rows

Turns out it was how we were putting in Compatibility -- we put all fitments into a single field, delimited with pipes. We should have put each fitment in its own row, like a child-parent relationship.

What eBay support told us:

============

Thank you for contacting eBay customer service. I received a message that you needed some assistance with Seller Hub Reports (File Exchange). I'd be glad to help.

The message mentioned that only the first item in your file was processed. In looking at the most recent file you uploaded, I noticed you entered part compatibility information. The part compatibility information should be have a parent-child structure. You should leave Relationship and Relationship details blank on the parent row. Below the parent row, you would have one or more part compatibility rows.

There are two ways of adding part compatibility with Seller Hub Reports. One way would be to enter each make, model, and year on a separate compatibility row in your file, for example:

Make=Toyota|Model=Corolla|Year=2020
Make=Toyota|Model=Corolla|Year=2019
Make=Honda|Model=Accord|Year=2020

That would go in the Relationship details column, below the parent row. In the Relationship column, you would enter the word "Compatibility" (without quotation marks).

You could also include Engine, Trim, and Notes (with your own notes). These are all optional.

I've attached a sample file for revising items to add part compatibility.. (The attached file will not appear in Messages of My eBay/Seller Hub; you would need to go to your regular email program.) The part compatibility portion of the file would be the same when creating new items.
