Hey @caoda-88! There are limits for some things to help with spam, like not messaging a particular member excessively, but you should be able to view your purchase orders without issue.
How do you access the site? App, mobile browser, classic website? Do you run into the same error no matter how you access the site? What trouble shooting have you already done?
Please make sure you tag me ( velvet@ebay ) when you reply so I'm notified, and we'll go from there.

Hello Velvet. Thanks so much for the response.
I access via mac os using google chrome.
Yep same error. Tried using different device browser, clearing cookies and search history and still it came up.
The error also comes up when I click the tracking info on ebay also when I go onto the messages page.
What can I do?

This is a strange one @caoda-88. Can you try taking a video where it shows you trying to access these different screens getting that error? It's sounding like I may need to file a ticket with our tech team and that will definitely help.
I know they would like the URL's for both the screen you're on before getting the error, and then for the error screen too. Also, will you include the devices you tried and browsers so I can include that in the ticket? Thanks!
