Will not install new updates.

I have tried to do a total update at less 10 time on my windows 10 and windows 7 computer. It stop when installing and says Turbo Lister EXE has stopped workin a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. I was going to delete the program but eBay says they are no long download a complete programs . So whats Up! I checked on third party program but they are all have problems to.

I don't like when people reply to my problems with, "Me Too!"... but "Me Too!"

I have tried several times.  In my research it could be a combination of several things that have been suggested.  

• Not compatible for upgrade in Windows 10.
• Ebay does not support it and has sabotaged it! Unlikely, but suggested.

What version are you at?  I am at 9.922.101.0.

I've even chose "Run as Administrator" to perform the update.  All with no luck. 

What I did do, however, was go to http://pages.ebay.com/fm/en-us/turbo_lister/ and download and install (with Turbo Lister closed) and was upgraded to 9.925.101.0.
