Will Listings Downloads from Reports get more specificity?

Hi. Me and some seller colleagues were wondering...

In order to manipulate existing listings using CSVs, you need to be able to download the item numbers in a report. At the moment, you can only download ALL your active listings (or sold). I seem to remember in File Exchange you could at least specify a date range.

It would be fab if you could do filter these out so you could download just what you want. Or, if you could do a search in the the much more robust Active LIstings search tool and then download that as a report with the item numbers.

Is anything like that planned?

Thanks!

Hi @cordeliaflyte,

There used to be an option to export items to a file from the bulk edit page. That feature is no longer available. If that is an important feature to you, I would recommend that you use the "send feedback" option in the top right of the bulk edit page to leave a comment. Our product development team reads such comments and takes them into consideration when deciding on enhancements.

As for File Exchange (Seller Hub Reports), you can download your active listings there. The download would have all active listings and would include item numbers. If you download orders there, you can choose a specific date range.

That's what I thought. I will add some feedback via the site. I think it would be useful to those of us who create and manipulate our listings to be able to download a subset of active listings so we have a CSV with the item numbers that's ready to go, rather than one that we need to spend a lot of time filtering and chopping stuff out of before we can use the intended "Action".

Thanks!
