Why can't I find Ebay tool like expressfy product importer

I have been digging and digging and I can not find anything that will work with ebay like expressfy product importer works with aliexress and shopify, does anyone know of a comparable tool? With expressfy I can pull my items into shopify in like 10 seconds, including the multiple sizes and colors all at one time.

That looks like a pretty nice tool. 

What I am looking for is a product importer like shopify uses, you find your product and then you click on the app and it pulls all the information into the app and then you click transfer and it puts it all into your shopify store. It pulls all the pictures and all the sizes and all the descriptions. Its amazing but I cant find anything that will do that for my ebay store. >sad<
