Thanks for trying Jasmen but none of the choices on that pull down menu are what I am talking about. Also, I tried one setting and it is NOT made in to the default for display on the Listing tile so all this does is add more steps for no desired result. THE choice needed is "Unsold and NOT Relisted", meaning if 10 items go Unsold the display number is 10. If I relist 7 of those 10 then the display number for Unsold and NOT Relisted" automatically changes to 3.
I have used the Comments links on MANY occasions over the years on MANY issues to no avail. I included the screen shot on the chat today which we can NOT do on the Comments link ... no offense, but if you guys had trouble understanding what is needed for that Unsold file to work correctly how is the programming group going to "get it" if all I do is explain what is needed???
This is very simple, the Unsold file display number says 5 (like the pic below and on the Chat today) then when you open that Unsold file there better be 5 items in there ... there are not because they were Relisted ... so the 5 should change to 0 ...

I'm sorry jasmen@ebay , I got you two new ladies confused, my apologies. And thank you velvet@ebay for looping the correct team in to this issue ... I created this post because I was not convinced you completely understood the issue since the "workaround" provided was no work around at all ...
