Instructions for the removal of Two-step verification within the eBay help pages aren't functioning as specified. eBay chat has informed me that mine cannot be reversed since I've unwillingly become enrolled into the Vault and the Balance spending promotions which I have never used either of. Please allow us to opt out of these unnecessary programs and this nuisance verification system. I've been a customer of eBay for 13 years and this is so irritating that I'm willing to close the account as soon as I've copied my listings over to Listia. Don't make the typical process of computing into an idiotic baby game that no one else wants to use anymore just to stymie us all on a mass scale. This highly unnecessary and unwelcomed for me and from what I've read online about it, many of the other customers are aggravated with it as well. I've always hated it when companies try to incessantly reset passwords or make unusual log-in steps aimed at needlessly hindering people with unwanted security features that they don't even need. I've spent so much money in selling fees and in return, I get my account screwed around with to the point I don't even want to log in anymore. And for what? The only ones that benefit from this are these idiots that take satisfaction out of dreaming up ways to make an asinine time out of it for everyone else that has an account on here and they should be relentlessly punished by an angry mob of individuals who they've inconvenienced with this until they come off it and we can have our reasonable functionality of use back again.
