I am playing with Turbo lister and install no problem.
I am in Canada and when I try to add the US as a county I lit on in addition to Canada get a message at the bottom of the screen that says can't communicate with Ebay, not connected to the internet when I know I am.
Does any one know why this message is coming up and how to fix it.
The little spinner above the message keeps turning and says installing files.
Is this just an error and will it install if I let it run long enough.
I am using install as administrator.

When I try to install updates without adding the US, it give me the TL exe not responding.
Am I wasting my time trying to use it?

Actually there was another update on 7/16 and latest one now is 9.923.101.0.
Is the OP a new Turbo Lister user or trying to reinstall?

My take is that they are a present Canadian Turbo user and is trying to list on the US site. Pocomo was a Canadian seller using Turbo. He may have insight into this issue.
Thanks for the update on Turbo. I will update (shipping type and some shipping costs have disappeared in my Turbo listings. The actives on eBay seem to be unaffected. Hopefully the update will straighten this out, or not.)

Excuse me, to be more precise, those fields are not being included on the export function. I am still investigating, but will update first. Thanks Again!

I saw where they said they were in Canada but when I looked at their feedback it says they are registered in United States.

I am trying to install on my Canadian ID,
I have installed, run sync and everything seems as it should be.
I am still playing as for some reason when I add pictures which Auctiva screwweed up and only shoed one, it lets me add but when I sychronize, there is still only one picture which is what happened with Auctiva.
We in Canada have some disadvantages in that we have no Seller Hub yet and not sure when we will.
I tried editing a US listing on the US site, because we can no longer edit US listings, on the Canadian site, but when I try to add pictures using revise, it just sits there and spins forever.
At this point, I am getting super frustrated of course as images are missing on over 200 listings.
I have no idea wht TL does not update after the sync or why I can't use revise on the .com site.
Will I have to use the Seller Hub on the US site to get things to work.

So you haven't used Turbo Lister before and this would be a brand new install for you? I'm asking because here in the US new users are not supposed to be able to download it at all because at some point in time it is going away (they originally told us it would be going away in June 2017 but then it got a reprieve). However it is on borrowed time. Maybe it is different in Canada because you don't have Seller Hub yet.

Just got another exe error so am uninstalling and reinstalling again.
My suggestions from previous may be right, don't play with it but have to do something.

I used TL for years until they said it was going away so I started using Auctiva. I have had nothing but problems with them not uploading images so I closed the account and trying to use TL again for the time being. It is seeming to be not too much better (see my last post).
I am reinstalling it from scratch, adding US so I can list on Canada and the US, synching to get all the listings on TL and having issued with updating images as stated previously

I am trying to add the missing images to live listings and then synching but no changes are showing up on the listings for images even though it says it synched.
I am wondering if it has anything to do with not being able to add images for revise on the US site.
Editing and changing descriptions seems to be fine.
I wonder if I will have to activate the seller hub on .com?
