Questions about Basic Store "how to's"

I have just subscribed to a Basic store and want to create my own categories. My questions are:

1. does it cost an insertion fee to move my listings over to my new categories?

2. is there a cost to create subcategories? 

3. Can I toggle from my personal store categories back to Ebay categories intermittently by just using the radio button?

1. If you’re talking about store categories, no you can move any item to any category without any cost.

2. You can create up to 300 categories and subcategories in your store without cost.

3. I’m not sure what you mean by the third question, but each item in your store will always be in an eBay category (you have to choose a category upon creating a listing) and you can put it in any of your store categories at the same time.
