@dsifitness - Thank you for sharing this with the Community. I'm sorry that your item isn't showing as "Active".
In some situation when our system states that the file was uploaded "Successfully", this usually means the file was processed successfully, not that the listing was created "successfully".
Please check the "Load Result Report" to see if you received a "Success" message. If the listing is created and should be activated, you should see an ItemID in the result file.
Another thing you should consider is the action you used in the file to assign the File Exchange system a task and how to process your file.
Here are the action values that are generally available:
Some File Exchange users would upload a file with the value VerifyAdd and think that this would activate the listing after they get a "Success" result. If you used this value, this would be why your listing isn't active. You would need to re-upload the same file with the value Add for your Action header to have our system activate the listing to go live.
