the new format is a disaster. this is the 2nd time they changed it and made it worse . more user unfreindly. Shame on ebay for making selling a disaster and a pian in the ass. I am close to closing my account and selling elsewhere. The new format is an abortion !

Wish I had a nickel for every post I've seen where the OP is "close to closing" their account.

Where else you gonna sell the Kobe basketball or organ pedal board?

@alcoforever I do know what you mean about " closing account" but the problem is that people are frustrated with ebay putting stumbling bocks in front of sellers. There is no need to work against your customer base like ebay does. The new listing format is ridiculously 100% mobile app oriented and does not work for the majority of ebay sellers who use computers...... why should we be hindered in using the platform- it goes against all common sense. Ebay should provide the tools and features that we- the customers want, not force people to use substandard tools that take 2x-3x longer to list with.

Ebay IS the best platform to sell used and unique collectibles for sure - not even in question.... the question is why are they choosing to make ebay as a platform LESS desirable to sell on?

I agree with you completely on all points. I can only guess that ebay has too many customers and is making too much money so this is ebay's way of cutting back on both.
