Magnifier

I am just seeking some help.  About 50% of my pictures have the magnifier tool on them.  The other 50% does not have the magnifier tool.  What might I be doing wrong?

One problem might be that you don't have enough pixels in all your photos. If you close-crop, you may lose the magnifier.

I believe that images need to be at least 800 pixels wide or high in order to use magnification. eBay recommends aiming for 1000 to 1600 pixels for best results.

Many of your photos are only 640x480, which is not large enough to zoom. The other photos are 1200x1600, so they will zoom.  You can determine which listings have the smaller photos using the Bulk Photo Scanner and the AutoScan button.
