I am using Zapier to get my order data to populate a google sheet. It works great. Problem is it populates at time of sale so it does not include specifically the shipping label fee(which I purchase through ebay) or promotion fee. I tried to set it up to get order earnings data but it seems like there may be a limitation to getting that data from eBay.
It seems most 3rd party software is geared towards updating listings, which I am not interested in.
All I need to do is somehow automatically get my shipping label fee and promotion fee and put them on a spreadsheet.
Any ideas?

I ran into the exact same issue when trying to track profit. eBay’s API doesn’t currently include the shipping label fee in the standard order data, which makes it tough to automate.
I ended up building my own app, BinFlip, to manage eBay inventory and profit tracking. It automatically imports sales and handles expenses, but I’d love to include eBay’s own label costs if there’s a reliable way to access them through the Ebay API. I just manually add them as an expense to every sale, but I really want to automate that part as well.
I am able to automatically import the promotion fee, it's just labels that are missing. If you (or anyone else here) finds a good workaround for those missing fields, I’d be super interested in hearing about it.
