Look up EPID numbers somewhere?

Is there a place to look up EPID numbers by UPC or similar?

This page seems dead. It probably was meant for cars only when EPID was released by ebay. Nevertheless it would help having something otherwise have to do search manually to look for the URL (which includes the EPID if it was added) or in the listing description of another similar listing.

http://www.ebay.com/parts/lookup

On the ePID Search Tool page, describe the part you want to find. Be as specific as possible.
When a description results in more than 10,000 hits, only the first 10,000 results are returned.
Should this occur, refine your criteria and repeat the search.

Hi @itolduandso,

I'm afraid that there is not a tool for looking up ePIDs for most types of items. For vehicle parts & accessories, sellers can download a catalog with ePIDs:

https://pages.ebay.com/motors/compatibility/download.html

But there is not anything equivalent for other categories.

If you're using Seller Hub Reports (File Exchange) to list items that are not vehicle parts, and your item has a UPC, you could enter the UPC code in a column with the header P:UPC or  Product:UPC. If the item is in our catalog, product details from the catalog would be automatically added.

For vehicle parts, to use product details from our catalog, the ePID would have to be entered in P:EPID or Product:EPID.
