Locked out on my computer

I am locked out of my eBay account on my laptop.  I can still use it from my cell phone.  I've tried to reach out on the internet, via phone, etc to no avail.  Please help me!!!

1. It will ask you to sign in, but you can't, so skip that step.
2. Instead, scroll down to the bottom of the sign-in request where is says "Need help?" and use the "continue" button below that.
3. A help page will open again where you can click the callback option at the bottom.
4. From there, you will be asked to enter your contact info.
5. Be prepared to answer any questions indicating you own the account.
