Listing an item - Page differences?

Has anyone seen the page format differences when you click on "List an item"? If so, how can I use only one format? Here's the situation: I've been selling for a couple of years, and just recently created a new account to sell a completely different type of items (different demographic). But I was surprised to find that when I go to list an item, the page has annoying differences. For example, on my original account, I can edit the photos that I upload (crop, adjust light, sharpen, etc). On my new page, there is only one option: rotate. Also, on my original account, if I have multiple items of the same thing, I can give quantity discounts, just by clicking on "save 10% when you buy 2 or more", etc. But on this new account, there is no option for that. At all. So why are these listing pages different? Why don't all the features always appear when you click on "List an item"? Are there different versions of eBay? How can I get my accounts to look & function the same? (PS: I always work on my listings from a desktop computer / browser -- not from a phone app).

Listing an item - Page differences?

There are currently 4 different desktop listers.

The Quick Lister is shown to new accounts.

The Business Lister is the oldest tool and is probably the one you have always used.

There is now a new Unified Lister that will try to merge (and replace) the others and make them look more like the Mobile Lister.

And then there is the Motors Lister for vehicles.

This is what they looked like last year and how I typically have sellers determine which tool they are using:

Since your new account is probably seeing the Quick Lister, with an option to switch to the new Unified Lister rather than to the Business Lister, I think the best approach is to put your new account into Seller Hub. You should be able to do that by simply accessing Seller Hub using one of the same page addresses you might see on your old account.  Here is a link that should work.

Here are instructions for getting there that are similar
