All of your listings are pretty simple, and it doesn't look like you are trying to add scripts to those listings. As it is, eBay doesn't allow scripts. However, eBay will allow HTML and your listings have absolutely no HTML, so it is clear that you are not using eBay's rich text editor.
If you are browsing other sites, and they say you need to enable javascript to view the page, there could be two possibilies. The first, and most common, is that you have security software that is blocking the script that needs to run. So check whether your security software is too aggressive for the page you are visiting. If you can't load eBay's rich text editor, security software is usually the most common problem. Another common problem is browser add-ons that interfere with eBay's scripts. Browser add-ons and security software can be temporarily disabled to test whether they are interfering.
Alternatively, if you did actually have javascript turned off in your browser, and I don't think you do because you can post here, the following site will tell you how to turn it back on again.
