I have studied this template, tried several times and failed; luckily someone reached out to me and gave me what I honestly could only assume was basically the "Bible" or instruction manual with every bit of information on it that you could imagine. I was provided with every category number for any aspect that would require a number, from item type all the way down to every number for each grader, grade, conditions etc. I thought at that point that I would at least be able to complete a test run with one card including pictures (also knowing that any time you use multiples in the same column on the spreadsheet that you need to separate each with a bar ( | ).
Well, after all that information completely filled out correctly, I'm still not having successful uploads and the only error message that I could see was a "Status" Failure....I have no clue what that even is, because "Status" isn't a column in the template.
Also had some type of issue with "Data Tag for Best Offer Enabled", I have no clue what to put there; is that just a yes or no? I'm assuming if "yes" then I have to add additional data as far as the minimum offer.
My store is completely based on Sports Cards and Accessories; I have hundreds of thousands of cards, so I am constantly scanning cards, editing and loading them onto my external hard drive. But I knew I would have to store them on a third party site in order to upload via template. I'm using Flickr, and I just can't get it to work correctly as far as giving me a .jpg or .png. What other sites would you recommend for me to keep my pictures on that would be more template and upload friendly???

Hello @static_sports,
In the Action column of your file, be sure that you enter "Add" (without quotation marks).
If you want to use Best Offer, you would enter the number 1 in the BestOfferEnabled column. If you want to automatically accept offers that are at a certain amount or higher, or you want to automatically reject offers under a certain amount, the column headers would be:
BestOfferAutoAcceptPrice (enter price to automatically accept offers at that price or higher)
MinimumBestOfferPrice (enter price to automatically decline offers lower than the entered price)

Ok well the first column is “Action” and not “Status”. I have “Add” all the way down the column. I have now corrected the “Best Offer Enabled” to “1”.
Hopefully that will fix the issue, I’m setting them up to be active at a later date so I can use this more thorough template to basically create drafts since they won’t be FULLY completed, but will upload my pictures to the listing.
Another quick question for you, but about adding pictures to the template I know that if I’m adding two pics I separate them with a bar; but I was using Flickr as a third party picture storage thinking I could just select or open the pic and copy the url so that there was a connection. But I’m not really all that sharp when it comes to stuff like this because no matter what my pics from Flickr won’t load into the listing when I do get something to upload. Where do my pics need to be in order for me to add them to the template. I know I can’t just add them from my pc, so at this point I’m lost on adding the pics.
Thanks so much!!!

Hello @mitcbal-92,
Pictures must be on the web and be publicly available. Some picture hosting services may block pictures on sites such as eBay. If pictures hosted on Flickr do work on eBay, you may need to use a different hosting service.
