Is there a way to 'bulk list' your drafts?
In my 'Seller Hub', under 'Listings', I have some drafts what I would like to list, but I don't see any way to 'bulk list' them. All I see is 'Resume drafts', 'delete drafts', and 'create a copy'.
I would think that eBay would let you click the 'Actions' box(which selects all the drafts), then a 'list all' button.
I'm trying to find a way of 'pre-listing'(or 'getting ready') all my listings before the 1st of the month, then on the first, be able to list them all, instead of spending half the day individually listing, one by one, all 250 items.
I see under 'create listing', an option for 'multiple listing'....will that let me enter many different items, but NOT submit them at the time, and let me submit them at a later time?
Thanks!

I don't know if you are using the Quick Lister or the Business Lister. My examples use the Business lister and Seller Hub.
When you checkmark all drafts and click "resume drafts" in Seller Hub, they should open in eBay's BEAR (Bulk Edit and Relist) tool, which has a spreadsheet-like format. I believe the option to "Submit all" on that spreadsheet page should list the items, but I haven't tried it.
Scheduled listings will accomplish the same thing. When you set a scheduled date (up to three weeks in the future), you can submit the listing after creation. But it won't go live until the scheduled date and won't incur fees until it goes live. You may delete a listing prior to it going live, or you can repurpose it.
The multiple listing option you mentioned will utilize eBay's BEAR tool. The process will start by presenting a master business listing form, with a count at the top to indicate how many identical listings you would like to create. Fill in all of the identical info on this screen. When you press "continue", the BEAR tool will be populated and you can use that spreadsheet to modify the listings for info that differs.
With bulk listings, you can set the start time on the master record or by using the "Edit fields" feature in BEAR. The "Save for later" feature in BEAR will save these as drafts, or, with a schedule set, you can "Submit All" to post the listing with a scheduled start date.
I suspect you could even bulk edit all of your existing drafts right now to set a scheduled start date and then submit them now. That way you don't have to scramble to log in and start your listings at the intended time.

Thanks for the fast reply. Yes, 'When you checkmark all drafts and click "resume drafts" in Seller Hub, they should open in eBay's BEAR (Bulk Edit and Relist) tool' has a 'submit' button. Now that Turbo Lister is no longer supported, I've use the BEAR spread sheet before, when using the 'multiple listing' feature. I just didn't know one could do the same thing with drafts. Do you know if there is a limit on the number of draft one can have? I'd be nice to 'prep' all 250 listings(times 3 stores) during the month, and then on the 1st upload them all.
eBay used to charge a fee for 'Scheduled listings', do they still?

Number of saved drafts:
https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/listings/creating-listing?id=4105
"You can save drafts of your listings to finish later. You’ll find your drafts on the Drafts page in My eBay, or on the Manage drafts page in Seller Hub. You can save up to 250 drafts through the quick listing tool on eBay.com and the eBay mobile app, and up to 5,000 through the single and bulk business listing tools in Seller Hub. Drafts expire after 30 days."
Scheduling is free for most types of listings for non-store owners:

Scheduling is 10 cents per item for stores:

Regular seller? Go to listings, drafts, manage drafts. Check the box next to the drafts you want to bulk list. At the top click the Resume Drafts circle button. This takes you to the bulk edit screen. Again, check the listings you want to bulk list. Then click the Bulk Edit button at the top. Select Start Time. Then Start Immediately. Click Apply.
