Is there a pixelation tool in the 'create listing' image editor?

Is there a pixelation or a selective image blurring tool in the 'create listing' image editor? One that could highlight and blur/pixelate a serial number or some such, or is this something that must be done outside the eBay image editing tool? Thanks is advance!

No there’s no such tool when uploading image to eBay. You can blur or conceal portions of images using Paint app on a PC or using an image editing app if you’re using a mobile device.

Just confirming that ebooksdiva's answer is correct. eBay image editing does not have that capability.

There are countless free photo editing apps and programs available for mobile, PC and Mac - I'm sure you'll find one that works for you.
