I sued PayPal in small claims court and won!

I sold an 18K watch for $6000 and eBay Buyer claimed he returned it and disputed the charge via Pay Pal and his money was returned.  A sympathetic PP employee finally told me that PP had tracking info showing watch was sent back to buyer.  After serving notice to PP, I filed suit in small claims and my money was returned. Not every claim is worth the time to do this, but no way could I let PP steal my $6000. Also I had buyer charged with “Scheme to Defraud” which was later dropped
