It's not possible to switch to the old format.

If there's something about the new format that does not work for your needs, use the link on the lower right of the message page to send feedback to the product developers.

Try to be constructive and specific as that will get more attention than saying you just don't like it.

When eBay first came out with this new format there was a link on the bottom where you were able to go back to the old format. Now that link is gone. Thanks eBay for changing something that didn't need to be changed.

There is good and bad with this.  We have multiple people who read and reply to messages.

I DO like that you can see the whole message stream in one place to see easily if someone has responded to a customer or not. 

I DON'T like that you cannot "FLAG" messages as a reminder or note to yourself/others.

I DON'T like that you cannot edit a folder once you have created it.

I think this could be a good change, but don't take good features away when creating something "better".
