How to re-open my seller dashboard?

Hi! Now my account in status: Your seller dashboard is not available at this time because your account has been restricted. . . I checked: 1 last buyer received 6 items from me on 22 January 2024 but the website of Vietnam post didn t update information about that purchase delivered success. I sent complain to Vietnam post central office and they replied they contacted US post and that parcel delivered on 22 January 2024. But 1 buyer complain open resolution center for items didn't received and Ebay restricted my account. Now, I couldn't sell or buy items on ebay. Please help me resolve this trouble: the email, the link of Ebay for Open my ebay account for me sell and buy items on ebay? Thanks. Viet

If you are restricted from selling you won't have a seller dashboard to go to. 
No one in this forum can help you with account restrictions....sorry.

If your selling has been suspended, you need to contact Ebay, there's no one here that can help with that.
