Customer paid I have shipping label ready so I can make my agreed ship time but she did not choose a scent and I have tried multiple times to send message. Not fair if she gives negative feedback because she is not answering.

When you create a listing like yours and put a "choice" within the listing, but have no way to select that choice, some buyers may think that ALL options will be shipped for one price — and you don't want that mistake.
When you want to give buyers a choice, you should create a "variation" listing with the available scents in a dropdown list. That way, the buyer chooses the scent they want before purchasing and you don't have to wait for a decision. This page describes how to create a variation. You may need to switch to the advanced listing form to see the option.

A benefit of a "variation" listing is that you can set the duration as "Good til canceled" and as more people buy one of the variations, your search rankings will improve. The listing doesn't expire or end when one of your items sells. It remains on the site until you end the listing or all items are sold. And you can revise the listing to keep replenishing items.
Another way to handle that problem is to create a different listing for each scent. Then there is no decision for the buyer. I would definitely recommend this approach if your category did not support variations. But your category DOES support variations, and variations have more benefits to you as a seller.
Knowing the correct way to list is not going to help with your current problem.
You have three options:
1) hope that she eventually responds. Because you can't ship on the weekend, you have the full weekend to work on this.
2) ship the scent of your choice (although she may be expecting all 4 that are displayed in that listing).
3) cancel the sale and refund, create a better listing, and invite her to repurchase. If you cancel the sale, you will receive a defect that will remain for 12 months.
