Gallery picture not displaying

Hi - I used file exchange to load a variations listing and my gallery picture is not showing up.

I'm receiving a "Your listing is successful but there's a problem with your Gallery picture". My picture is hosted on Photobook and everything shows up in the listing when you click on it. Is anyone else having these issues?

It appears that the photos did not transload from Photobucket to eBay in two of your listings, and both have a long list of variation photos.  Failure to transload is usually due to the hosting site not deliverying the images quickly enough, so eBay simply gives up and moves on to the next photo.

When the photos fail to rehost on eBay, the listing will provide URLs of the externally hosted photos and will not support zoom.  If you look at the photo URLs in the two failed listings, you will see they are still delivered from Photobucket.

You can attempt a File Exchange revision for those two listings.  If these were hosted on your own server, I would typically suggest uploading them on Sunday, when eBay's servers are a little slower and won't hammer your server with requests. However, photobucket's server is also likely to be slower on Sunday.  When using File Exchange to replace the exact same photos that were already uploaded, it is best to add a suffix to the URL (like "?a") so that File Exchange will think it is getting new photos. Otherwise, File Exchange will think it already has those photos and won't try to refetch them.

Have you uploaded other listings through File Exchange where the photos transloaded successfully to eBay, or is this the first time you've used Photobucket with File Exchange?  There is something weird with those URLs. Photobucket adjusts the image size (behind the scenes) to fit the browser and it may have some difficulty simply serving the raw image in that format.  Is there a different URL available to you on Photobucket?

Thanks for looking at this. I'm new to File Exchange, when I revise a variation listing, can I just revise row 2 that has the photo gallery picture?

I've successfully listed a couple other variation listings using file exchange and photobucket prior to the two that I'm having an issue with. Here's an example of one of the successful ones: 363106246893. I used the same template.

I'm also not able to just go in and put the photobucket url into the gallery manually - I keep getting this error now: 

"The photo cannot be copied from specified URL, either because the hosting server is down, the URL is incorrect or you're trying to copy from an eBay server. Please verify your URL and try again later."

This makes me wonder if there is something wrong with my photobucket or ebay setup now.
