File server is currently unavailable when trying to download CSV files programmatically

Hey,

I would like to upload CSV files to the CSV-Manager and later download the corresponding result files programmatically.

The uploading part works great and I am able to add Products in that way. Meaning, the token I am using is correct.

However, when trying to download a result file with my token and a reference number, I just get the result "The file server is currently unavailable. Please try again after some time."

The first time i tried this was over a week ago, so I doubt that maintenance or something similar could take this long. So there is probably some other issue involved.

Thanks for any help provided!

"The file server is currently unavailable. Please try again after some time."

This message can appear when the permissions are invalid, so that is where you might want to focus your efforts.  I have not used the programmatic method, so no advice there.

You might be right about the permission thing. While the English signup site for the CSV manager states nothing about that, the German one mentions some requirements to use the tool.

Apparently you have to insert at least 50 products in 3 months, to be able to use it.
We certainly don't meet this requirement at the moment, so i guess I'll just upload a couple more and then try again to download something programmatically. But strange that uploading and manual downloading works anyways.
