I have been having a small issue the last few months. At least once or twice a week my schedule "sold awaiting shipment" download does not come. I go to do it manually and I get this error
You are currently not subscribed to Selling Manager, Selling Manager Pro or File Exchange.
We pay got the highest tear store, so I know the error is simply more than not being subscribed to those things. After as little as a few minutes to even a few hours, the file exchange will begin to work again.
Can someone from eBay address this?
