File Exchange error "specify a valid return policy(21917236|21916328)" please help

Hi,

I am trying to upload a revise file trough file exchange. The template is filled up correctly, but I recieve same error for all records, error code is 21917236|21916328 and Error Message this one below. Any ideas? I have also changed the return policy for all listing in bulk, and I have no funds on hold in my Paypal Account

If you are using eBay business policies, then you must provide the name of the business policy under the heading "ReturnProfileName". The policy should include how you will handle both domestic and international returns. With a policy, the below columns are not needed and are not populated.

If you are not using policies, then you would provide specifics about a return under these three headings:

ReturnsAcceptedOption ( ReturnsAccepted | ReturnsNotAccepted )

ReturnsWithinOption  ( Days_30 | Days_60 )

ShippingCostPaidByOption ( Buyer | Seller )

Although it is not covered in the File Exchange manual, it looks like you will need the same for International:

InternationalReturnsAcceptedOption

InternationalReturnsWithinOption

InternationalShippingCostPaidByOption
