Has anyone else noticed when uploading into file exchange for revising your product the file has not ran yet today? I have e-mailed Merchant Support this morning.

Could you please advise when your question is answered? We are trying to re-launch our inventory. I used File Exchange to upload several products. The upload was successful, however the products never appeared in our inventory list.
Any information would be much appreciated!

We received an answer from Merchant Support on 01/11/18 and the file exchange uploaded successfully. However still shows in the upload file as pending and all product since then has been updated.

Did you look at the 'upload results' file. You have to download that file and examine it to determine if the line items executed successfully.
File Exchange first executes the line items in the file, then produces a report of the success of the line items. It is possible that Fe is hung up on reporting about one of the line items.
Send an email, from your registered email account, to turbodata@ebay.com. Include your userid and ask them to look into the job file to see if they can 'nudge' or end the process for you.
