File Exchange Template Upload Not Working

In the file exchange when I click the "Upload" button nothing happens. The "Get Template" and "Learning Resources" buttons work fine. I've tried on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox across 3 different devices (2 Laptops, 1 phone) with the same result on each.

Is anyone else experiencing this or does anyone have a workaround?

When the third button (Upload template) is clicked, an overlay will appear with a dialog to choose a file from the computer. I tested just now, and see this option on my Win 10 with Firefox. Once a file is chosen, the upload should immediately begin. Perhaps this was a temporary issue and the page should be reloaded to try again.

Same behavior as before for me - I wonder if its somehow related to these being MacOS and iOS devices.

I just tried on Mac OS 11 with Safari 15.3, and that also brings up an overlay with a "Choose file" button. The button then opens a file dialog.

Have you successfully used this feature in the past? Are you on eBay for desktop or eBay for mobile? The "mobile" site (not the app), if it still exists, was for smaller screens. There would be an "m" in the URL.

I've never been able to successfully use this feature. I also just tried on Chrome on Windows 10 - no file dialogue on any of them. All on eBay desktop site.

Maybe I'm missing some sort of eBay requirement to use it such as store type or listings per month?

Welp, got it solved. I had to enable Seller Hub first.

Good to know. I'm surprised you could get that page without it automatically enabling Seller Hub....
