I'm trying to update inventory using file exchange, but I keep running into this error no matter what I try.
Error Code 21916270 "Error - There is no active item matching the specified SKU|"
My questions are:
1. what does this mean? How does the file exchange link up to the correct SKU?
2. Is the correct action "revise" since these SKU's have already been added?

To change your quantity on hand, use the following format...
In my testing, using the SKU (CustomLabel) alone, does not work. Use the 'ItemID'.
