Feedback system not working properly !

I have been unable to leave feedback for multiple item orders for about 30 days now. This similar issue occurred about 6 months ago but was resolved within a few days. This is an issue again as I am only able to leave feedback for only single item buyers. Please fix this issue so that I can continue to leave feedback for all of my customers.
